Mobile Instructions

1. Download the app
2. Click Get a Pass
3. Select the pass or membership you want to purchase
4. Once you've purchased your pass, go to the Nice Ride station you'd like to use and tap on the station icon in the map
5. Select "Unlock a bike" and a 5-digit ride code will appear on the screen
6. Type the 5-digit ride code into any dock with an available bike to unlock the bike
7. When the light on the dock turns green, lift the bike by the seat to remove it from the dock
8. Enjoy your ride!

To end a ride, return your bike to any station with an empty dock. Insert your bike firmly into the dock, and wait for the green light to make sure it's locked.

To ride again, just request another ride code by tapping "Unlock a bike" again. You can ride as many times as you want while your pass is active.

For a dockless bike

1. Download the app
2. Click Get a Pass
3. Select the pass or membership you want to purchase
4. Once you've purchased your pass, find a Nice Ride dockless bike (located at a hub) you'd like to use and tap on the hub or dockless bike icon in the map
5. Tap “Unlock Dockless Bike" and touch the top of your phone to a sticker on the bike, or tap the smaller keypad button on the bottom right and enter the bike number.
6. You're ready to ride!

To end a ride, manually close the lock on the rear wheel to end the trip. This ends your ride and keeps the bike safe. Be sure to park at a Nice Ride hub to avoid any out-of-hub fees.

To ride again, just find another dockless bike and tap "Unlock Dockless bike" again. You can ride as many times as you want while your pass is active.
